Hi just reconnected my pay & go number would i be able to go pay monthly before i top up as i have no credit on it at the moment.

You’ll need to call customer service and see if you can pass the credit checks. This can also be done in store.

PAYG credit can be transferred to the contract account providing that you keep the same phone number.

So not true. Credit is transferred to a new contract sim automatically.

Hi @ste064, just wanted to check how you're getting on with this? slight_smile

 

@Dr-Bobess, as mentioned by @MI5 and @jonsie above, it should be possible to transfer the credit - did you perhaps have a problem with this? Anything that we could help with or are you all good? slight_smile Let us know if you need any advice.
