Recent order. Confused!

Hello all.

 

Just a quick one. Placed an order about 2 hours ago. Went through checkout with no issues, money is available and order confirmation confirmed. Not 10 minutes later I get a dear John email from o2 

 

Even though we confirmed your order (number: ms-3169291xx), we haven't
been able to process it. When an order's placed we carry out a number of
checks and on this occasion your order wasn't successful.

 

Now I'm confused. The phone isn't on a contract, addresses matched and the money was available and is currently on hold.

 

Any idea's?

When it comes to the reason you are calling stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.
Press 2 for Everything Else
Press 5 for More Options
Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to someone.
Say "Upgrade", "Lost/Stolen" or "Fraud" if you have to, to get put through to someone.
8.00am is the best time to call if you can.

Yeah, that could be the case. The thought of calling o2 gives me cold chills, been trying to get a refund from a previous purchase for months. They certainly have an excuse script!
