I am on O2 Classic Pay & Go
Verification codes from banks are sent to my number.
Will I be able to receive verification codes when I am abroad?
If so will there be a charge?

Receiving texts are always free.

Delivery of them when abroad is dependent on the roaming network that you are connected to and out of O2's control.
