Reactivating a SIM card

Does anybody know how to reactivate a SIM card? I use O2 billing to pay for a subscription and have just run out of credit.  I can't top up as I haven't used the phone for a few months (about 6) and MyO2 no longer records the SIM under my account - so I assume it needs reactivating.

Calling customer services doesn't seem to be an option because it doesn't fit their essential / priority list (even if I could get through).  Are there any other ways of getting in touch with O2 - via a chat, email etc?

Thanks for any advice.

Currently you can only call Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and Support

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
Pixel 7a (O2 & Lyca), One Plus 6 (Sfr), iPhone 12 Pro Max (Vodafone)
