Re phone barred

Went on holiday to Greece and lost my phone overnight however, it was found the next day .  In the meantime I had my phone barred be because 02 tell us to do that .  Asked for my phone to be switched back on 3 weeks later still off.  Took it to Apple who said there was still a barr on . Go into general look at 'about' and it shows no network

You need to keep on to customer services as they must lift the bar for you.

Our admin may also be able to escalate it next week for you.
