If you are PAYG, your payment is taken on the same date every month. If you have sent an SMS to move to a £10 bundle a few days before that date, and you have funds to cover the new bundle in your account, the switch should happen automatically on your bundle renewal date. If it does not, you will need to contact O2 on 4445 to find out why, and to get it corrected on your account - we cannot access your account here on the Forum, @Mzzr.
