I am a 'Pay as you Go' customer and have recently changed my phone and kept my old number. When I log on to the o2 web site with my details it still shows my number as being associated with my old mobile. How do I get this changed so that the correct phone and IMEI number are now shown?

@Ruth8

In theory, it should change automatically, eventually.

If not, call customer service to see if they can reset it for you.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
Pixel 7a (O2 & Lyca), One Plus 6 (Sfr), iPhone 12 Pro Max (Vodafone)
