Tried twice today to top up my pay-as-you-go account, using my normal payment method which is my bank card with a UK bank. For some reason which I don't understand, this was rejected twice by O2. I can't get through to my bank to find out whether there was a problem at their end. So I want to know if there is another way to pay O2 so that I can top up my account. I am currently overseas and very keen to make sure that I keep my UK number which involves topping up on a regular basis.
As O2 does not employ a live chat team for pay-as-you-go accounts, this is the only way I can think to get an answer.
