So i have topped up my phone this morning, I have the £15 tarrif but I accidentally topped up £10 I then went to top up another £10 so i would get my tarrif for the month, however £10 has then been taken from my balance for a bolt on that i have not chosen it has given me internet and picture messages which is no good for me as i need internet calls and texts, I have then cancelled the bolt on thinking it would refund me. I have now got the bolt on and credit of £7 as a text got sent which took credit from me how do i cancel all of this and get my usual tariff as i am not willing to top up again.

Bolt-Ons are not usually refundable, and it will only renew what you are subscribed to.
You can try calling 4445 or If you message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they may be able to help you with this
