Hey all, I have a sim only monthly pay at the moment in my S9.
I have bought an O2 payg sim with £10 top up to put on but when I put the payg sim in phone, it come up something about Not Provisioned for Voice.
Just wNt another sim with a different number to use now and again for certain clients. How to do?

Sounds like you have a data only sim.
You can change tariff in your MyO2 or call customer services to change it Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and Support

O2 only do Big Bundle sims. https://www.o2.co.uk/help/pay-as-you-go/big-bundles
You would probably be better with a Classic sim from Tesco or Giffgaff who use the O2 network. You just pay for what you use with those.
