My old Vodafone number was supposed to port across tonight by 6pm the Vodafone line has stopped but the number has not transferred across to o2 any suggestions who to contact I’ve been on the phone twice firstly to be told to wait another 2 hours then to be told at 9pm it was a glitch at o2s side and to come of the call turn of the phone wait 5 mins the turn the phone back on to fix did that still nothing.

You still have to keep rebooting the phone. If your old number has lost service then the port bis nearly complete. If still not on by tomorrow then contact O2 via social media.

How often do you have to do this turning the phone off and on

Every hour or so until you get service. However, I would contact O2 via social media today (from the links above) They should be able to help.

Anyone else on here from o2 that can help my phone number is tied to so many things I’ve contacted them through social media but no response and am on hold with o2 now on the phone

Hi,
I am having a similar issue with porting my number across to o2. I filled in the form 2 weeks ago and it still hasn’t been done. I can’t receive calls or text msgs from anyone.
I have been on the phone with o2 everyday for the last 2 weeks - no one is able to help. I just get passed from one person to the next and am told that someone will call me back. I even contacted social media but haven’t had a response.
I haven’t been able to complete my work training as I need access to my phone for security login. This is becoming a joke.
@O2Lisa - Please can help further on this. You are my last hope.
