Previous bill

Hello everyone! I just changed my tarif to go back to Pay As You Go and I don't understand why the credit on my phone has fallen. I didn't use anything no messages no calls no data.... Where can I find the details of my credit using?

It may be the £1.00 web daily charge. Turn mobile data off and just use Wifi. Other than that give customer services a call and ask them to check what's happened.  Call 4445.

@Oxa Were you given a new sim? Pay & Go sims are different to Pay Monthly.

Then you need to ring CS. If you were on a pay monthly contract you do need a different sim for PAYG.
