I recently joined 02 has a pay as you go customer. I transferred by phone number over from EE on 11th January. On this date I joined a rolling pay as you go contract at £10 per month. Since then I have been able to use my internet and send text messages. However I am not able to receive phone calls. When you call my phone number it says that the number you have dialled is incorrect. 
 
I have rung the 02 call centre 7 separate times and visited an o2 store in person. Each time the person has told me a different story but yet to fix the problem. I have reset the phone multiple times and even transferred to a new SIM at the suggestion of a call centre rep but it still has not fixed. I've run out of ideas on who to contact at this stage.
 
My family and friends have been unable to call me for the last week. I have also made 2 complaints and nobody has contacted me to fix the issue. 
 
I'm guessing that the issue is related to the phone number not being transferred fully over from ee but all the reps keep suggesting a different issue except for that one.

We’re just customers like you but it sounds like you’ll need someone to access your account which can’t be done from here. If you message O2 using the links below, they should be able to help you with this
