Porting issue

I have just moved to o2 from EE and requested that my old EE number be ported across to the new o2 sim. Had a message that this would be done on Tuesday, now Saturday and no joy. Have restarted my phone several times. My original EE sim is also now non-active - Any advice out there, or is o2 support my first call?

Once you've given your PAC code to O2, the number is usually transferred the next working day, unless it's done after 5:30pm or weekends, then it's an extra working day, @CorpseMarker - it sounds like you need O2 to check on the process, the Social Media team at O2, links just below this message, should be able to help. 

Meantime, keep rebooting the new phone...
