I have two O2 PAYG phones. Both have stopped working recently. When I log into my O2 account it says I have no products or services. When I try to get help on 0344 809022, I just get some silence, then I am disconnected. Advice please.

Have you used both phones recently? You need to make a chargeable call or send a text once in any 6 month period.

is there no network showing at all?

Have you checked your postcode for network faults?

If they aren't showing in My O2 it sounds more like disconnection so you really need to speak to customer service to ask them why.

They are working now. I hadn't used them enough. I eventually got through to the number I mentioned, but only after about half an hour of trying and being disconnected.
