I have been texting people and trying to call them no calls even ring just continuesly beeps and when I try text it doesn’t say it’s sent weather it has or not

I'd change the first word you put also I'd call o2 between 8am and 8.30am best to call and not use live chat

Daft question - have you got credit on your phone or minutes/texts as part of a bundle?
If yes and still not working, have you checked if a mast near you is not working?
Can you try your sim card in another phone and/or another sim card in your phone to see if either are faulty?
Final option is to contact customer services - you can either call directly or using skype as it is a free number...
