Hi,

I have an LG V20 phone which until a week ago worked perfectly, however it now will not send MMS messages. I can send basic text messages fine, if I turn wi-fi off it shows 4G data connection. I have followed all of the device setup advice to manually add the correct apn for MMS and rebooted the phone but it still refuses to send MMS. I have even done a factory reset on the phone. Customer services just disconnect my call, the web 'guru' goes round in circles referring me to the device setup that I've already done, anyone able to help?

Thanks.

@Brakspear75

I'd suggest you try whatsapp instead.

You can send pictures between users for free. Just text your contacts to get the app if they don't have it akready.

Hi @Brakspear75 ,

Are you on pay n go or contract?

If on pay n go - Do you have credit to send an MMS as they're not included in BigBundles.

If you are on contract - Have you recently added a spend cap? If so MMS are charged at 50p. You might not be able to be charged if you are at your spend cap limit ie youve bought more data so cant be charged anymore.
