My grandson has just bought a Samsung galaxy S7 edge and has pay and go on O2 ....but he can’t send and receive picture messages ...any help please ....

I've just sent myself a 44kb picture message from my o2 payg on classic 123 to my O2  pay monthly and it cost 65p...

@Anonymous Should be 45p. On classic payg that is what it charges me

It always annoys me that PAYG is cheaper than pay monthly.

45p for PAYG......50p for Pay monthly Confused

It's also cheaper to send an MMS from some countries than a SMS, so figure that out wink

Ok everyone ..I think I have my seaweed but can’t see a way to close the post ...I had a phone soooo long ago which didn’t even take photos lol ..grandson is just going to use his iPad to send photos etc ...strange thing though when he was here with me we were both using my WiFi and he still couldn’t receive a photo from me or send one ...but thanks for all the help ....if someone knows how to stop or delete the post now please do it ....thanks all

MMS don't work over wifi.
You must have mobile data turned on and in use.
