Hi

i contacted O2 last night as my top up had a problem.. the advisor was very helpful and explained she needed to remove bolt ons and that I would need to re top up.. The first £30 payment was pending and that it would be credited back to my account. Now both £30 payments have been taken. £60 in total

Can you please tell me how and when the first £30 payment will be debited back to my account.. I used my debit card to pay.

Your bank will release it back to you in the next 24hrs to 14days depending on how long they take to process it back to you as o2 dont have the funds your bank have put them to aside as part of the auth process. 

 

You will need to contact your bank if you want it back quicker, some may do this but lots dont, so you will have to wait in that case
