Hey I had £15 taken as a direct debit on weds and my phone has still not been topped up so I have no Internet now.
Has anybody else had the same happen to them?

You need to call O2 on 4445 to sort out where the £15 has gone. As a reminder, the money should stay on your balance until the date in the following month that you first topped-up.
So if you first topoed up on 24th Mar, your next bundle payment needs to be on your account before 24th Apr, and so on.
If you are out of data before your renewal date, you may need to buy a single use "snacking" data Bolton top-up, @DM01 as below:
