Hello,

I just payed £10 to top up and have a receipt of it on my bank account, but somehow I've zero on my O2 account?

Thank you so much pgn.  I wanted to give you double kudos, but it won't let me.

My number is all set up, thank you 02, all I need to do is to work out how to change my plan to rolling plan and I'm all set up to go.

Did it ever get sorted? I've just topped up, but it seems that ringing 4444 is aware of it. My mobile app doesn't want me, good job the web page is a little more forgiving. I have almost memorized the oops something went wrong message. 

Before I topped up and could access my balance on here there was a message about how your balance won't show for an hour if you're on a rolling contract.
