Hi, I have a pay as you go rolling plan and currently have £25 in my balance. Does anyone know why O2 continue to take money from my bank account rather than the balance on my O2.

Rolling plans have to be paid by debit card each month Pay As You Go: Introducing "Rolling Plans"
