We just switched one of our phones to payg from pay monthly. We did it just to keep number whilst one of us is overseas for a period. Bit confused about how the Big Bundle works. Just paid £10 but won’t use the data and the phone is just now for emergencies - will the credit roll over? Thanks.

@Brassneck

Unused data will rollover for one month only but, only if you top up again next month.

The £10 you topped up with has gone already to buy the bundle allowances.

tbh you really need to change to the classic payg tariff if you aren't going to use the phone much. http://service.o2.co.uk/IQ/SRVS/CGI-BIN/WEBCGI.EXE?New,Kb=Companion,question=ref(User):str(Mobile),C...

Remember to also make a call or send a text at least once every 6 months to keep the sim card active.

Thanks both. The SIM card they sent didn’t make any references to there being an option - a bit naughty by o2 I think

The default sim is the £10 big bundle but you can just login to your MyO2 to change the tariff......
