Pay for rolling plan with balance

Am I able to pay for a rolling plan with my account balance that has £60 ?

You cant, you can only pay for a rolling plan by what is know as a Continuous Payment Authority using your debit or credit card. 

If you want to use the credit you will need to have a Bundle
