I recently got a pay as you go sim for one of my kids, I initially topped up just using credit, i have since upgraded to a rolling plan, but there was some credit left and this is still being used.

Once it is all used will the rolling plan then become active?

Credit balance will be being used for out-of-tariff charges, eg sending MMS, or SMS with several emojis ( Guide: Accidental MMS Sending and How to Avoid it ) or calls to chargeable SMS services (Radio text lines for example) or calls to countries outside the UK, @Bradders191.
