On 6 May, I bought an O2 Pay As You Go SIM card and did not activate it. The staff told me that the SIM card only start counting from the date I activate and use it. So I would have a month to use the data from the activation. Then, I start using the SIM card on 24 May. The data should work until 23 June. However, I keep receiving message that I need to renew the data Big Bundle, or the data will be expired. May I know how do you count a month for Pay As You Go? Also, what should I do if I know to use the data until 23 June?

The month starts as soon as the data is activated and renews on the same date each month.

I jabs no idea what the shop are thinking telling you that

Activation will be the initial top up date by the store
