Being a relative newcomer to the crazy world of mobile phones, and the even crazier world of O2 top-ups, is there anyone out there who can kindly explain how my top up a week ago of £10 resulted in an addition of only £5 to my balance?
I'm sure there must be some kind of devilishly arcane explanation for this but at the momenmt I can only think "nice work if you can get it O2".
Thank you.

Sounds like you may be on a £5 bundle, so £5 will be taken for allowances and the remaining £5 kept as credit.

Thank you. So I can relax, I really do have £10 of calls in credit, is that right?!
