Pay as you go transfer balance

Hi is it possible to transfer a balance from one pay as you go to another. Both 02 and both pay as you go. Both on my account.  Thanks

We’re just customers like you but it sounds like you’ll need someone to access your account which can’t be done from here. If you message O2 using the links below, they should be able to help you with this

Usually they will close the account that then has the nil balance
