Pay as you go taking my money??

Basically I was on 30 quid a month and I changed that over to 20 quid a month. I got the text and email through saying it had changed over but I looked on my account on here and it was still 30 quid so I put 30 quid on. I woke up this morning and not only had it taken my money but had also changed to the 20 quid a month tarrif. The 30 quid more or less vanished into thin air. I want to know where my money has gone and if I can get it back. It says you cant get refunds for pay as you go but I feel like this should be an exception???

To find out what happend and why the big bundle change did not work as expected you would need to call the Pay & Go customer service number from your phone 4445. They will then look in to see what has happend, @Neela - good luck!
