hiya 

 

i use to have 2 numbers with you 1as a contact ( 0759xxxxxxxx ) and the other as pay as you go 0771xxxxxx .

 

i have transfer my contact number to virgin over the years but still kept my pay as you number with you ..I have lostor misplace my pay as you sims a few time which was replaced however on the last occasion you refuse from giving me a replacement unless I can answer some questions .

any long and short I top £10 using my Barclay card and since them has no used it .

 

please can a replace sim card be sent ..
