Hi
I've used O2 Pay as you go a few times in Spain but this time the internet roaming is not working.
At the top right side of the internet connection place, it shows E.
I called customer service and was transferred to another team and after waiting for one hour and 46 mins, they cut me off.
Can anyone please help me?
Yes I have restarted and I have tried on my 3 devices...

Looks like you have been restricted to 3G.
Have you done a manual network search and tried another available network?

If you are on E it sounds like a local network issue, and sounds like the usual from the likes of Movistar or if in Gib GibTel
Have you tried other networks as has been suggested...
