Why do I get charged double for text messages on pay as you go, and O2 app.charged an extra amount of money from my balance. This is so for my partner. Erratic charges for simple short text only.

One text is 160 characters and smilies or emojis can eat that up very quickly..

Anything over 160 will create a second SMS.

Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) ,

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.
