Recently purchased a new phone for my daughter
Opted to bring her old number from her old EE phone
now she has phone and it has the transferred number
we can’t see or access the account to see the balance (which is 0) and the o2 app still shows the handset sim other number not the transferred number.
Please help so my daughter can use her phone
