I am on the £10 per month Tariff, giving me unlimited texts and minutes and 7gb of data.
I topped up in late December, my balances via the O2 app have been updated however I am unable to use any of the data - I am never connected to 4G.
I have checked all of my device settings (ensuring mobile data is on, manually selecting the O2 network, resetting phone, reseating sim) but this hasn't worked. I should add that I have been using this service for 6 months without issue until December, so I don't believe it's an issue with the device itself.
Any help is appreciated

We’re just customers like you but it sounds like you’ll need someone to access your account which can’t be done from here. If you message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this
