Hello All,

I recently changed my phone and on my O2 account my old phone is still appearing. I would like to know, when I delete the old phone will my number be also deleted?

Thank you.

You don't need to change the handset shown in Myo2 it takes a while for this information to be updated, as long as you have the same number , then their is no action to take.
- Xperia 1V - o2 and Spusu
- Pixel 8 Pro - o2 and Vodafone UK

If you mean the make and model, then no you can't change that.
The system SHOULD update itself, but if you NEED it done sooner you can call customer services and they can update it.

Please note, this is not customer services and we cannot access your account. Do not publish personal details (email, phone number, bank account).

Link to our guide on how to contact them can be found here

@Cezary1

Probably not a good idea to delete anything!

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
Pixel 7a (O2 & Lyca), One Plus 6 (Sfr), iPhone 12 Pro Max (Vodafone)
