Hello i topped up yesterday for my £30 big bundle and it never activated now all my credit is gone. Spent hours trying to contact o2 with no hope

Hi @Simonc - your phone is still able to make calls and use data, right?

That is the way PAYG bundles work, when you put enough money to cover your bundle on your account, on the day your bundle renews, you get voice and data services for a month and your balance is reduced by the cost of your bundle (£30 in your case). This is how it works.

@Simonc Hi, Also you should have received a text from O2 confirming that your bundle is active, and again on your next renewal date that it has been renewed.
