I topped up my Pay As You Go Sim with £15 on 1st April. It gives me 3000 texts and 3000 call minutes. but the £15 balance has run down first. In My O2 the account shows I have 5p left but still have the 3000 texts and 3000 calls. I now can't send any texts or make any calls. My understanding is that I use the texts and call minutes included in the top up and then when these are used up the £15 top up starts to run down. Can anyone please advise how this should work? Thanks
