Hi, my name is EmboLu, phone no [Removed], email emberldd**Personal info**. I'd like to get my PAC because I am leaving 02 but I'd like to keep my number.
I text PAC to 65075 few times but I've got the same answers: "There's been an issue processing your request, please try again later."
I called 202 for many times but can not connect.

You will need to get in touch with customer services on 4445 @EnboLu as you are a pay as you go customer.
202 is for pay monthly.
Please also come back and edit your post and remove your phone number - this is a public forum so everyone can see it.
