I have just bought a new PAYG phone. I am trying to make first top up on the website and the app, but O2 keeps returning 'we couldn't process your payment' and it suggests I contact my bank. I am 100% certain my card is valid, I have used it several times for other purchases. Why won't O2 accept my card?
