We have 2 PAYG phones on O2. My husnband uses his for work and I used to be able to see his past top up history payments with the dates but I have looked everywhere. I need a breakdown for his tax return.

Has this facility gone now?

How do I see past payments as on the bank statements it looks the same?

Thank you for any tips.

@shadyone For pay as you go records you will need to Request a SAR(Subject Access Request) which will cost you £10.

Hey there @shadyone

I dont believe that you can.

You could try contacting o2 customer care on 4445 and ask them.

Thank you, for answering. The webchat takes ages and I was hoping to avoid phoning but never mind, needs must tongue_winking

You would think that for a company of it's size you would be able to see some sort of record online of the last years payments.

Appreciate it slight_smile

It’s a one off payment but if you wanted it again then you would need to pay again

If you switch to EE you can get a printout directly off their website.

I find this pathetic if honest.

If other networks  can do this for PAYG customers without charge I fail to see why O2 can't follow suit.

Ridiculous in this day and age.

@shadyonemight be better switching to a 30 day sim only contract.

@shadyone

Or could switch to giffgaff (an O2 subsidiary MVNO) as they definitely give a top up history.
