PAYG top up payment history

We have 2 PAYG phones on O2. My husnband uses his for work and I used to be able to see his past top up history payments with the dates but I have looked everywhere. I need a breakdown for his tax return.

Has this facility gone now?

How do I see past payments as on the bank statements it looks the same?

If he tops up by debit card you could get a record from there but I agree, there is no good reason why top ups can't be recorded in My O2.

I was looking for my usage and call history, I used to get that with Vodafone, but not with O2, or at least I can't find it.

It’s not available easily from o2 I’m afraid.
