I've just topped up my phone online, but received an error message to say that there was an error processing the £10 payment. However, I've had a text from O2 confirming that my balance has increased and the £10 is showing up in my banking app. Yet my O2 account is still failing to show the top up.
I'll be darned if I'm going to top up by another tenner!

My account is now showing the correct balance - looks as though it took an hour or so to fix itself.

We’re just customers like you but it sounds like you’ll need someone to access your account which can’t be done from here. If you message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this

You can text BALANCE free to 20202 to confirm your balance in case any discrepancies in the app updating.
Otherwise you'll have to do as @MI5 says and get in touch with O2. Hope it all goes well.
