PAYG sim

I’ve just bought and started using a PAYG sim. I’ve topped up the £10. The packaging says when I’ve topped up that O2 will automatically swap my credit for a Big Bundle which means I should get 15G of data instead of 3G. How long does this take to happen?

It can take a little longer these days, @PB1 - sometimes these things roll-up overnight.

People switching between bundle types also can make sure they are on the right bundle by SMS, Table here helos:

Might not do any harm to send the code to the number shown for your bundle, see if it helps move things along.
