PAYG sim card deactivated

I haven't used my pay as you go sim card for about six months, therefore it has been deactviated and is showing no service. I would like this to be re-activated and cannot seem to get through to anyone on the phone.

I doubt it will be reactivated now. It's probably been re-assigned to someone else.
