Can anyone help please.
seen on online that existing PAYG classic customers now need to top up at least every 6 months to prevent their number being cut off. This apparently needs to be done even if the phone is used and there is existing credit. I cannot find this in the terms and conditions.
Can anyone give me a definitive answer please?

For Classic PAYG to keep your number active, you need to make a chargeable activity (text or call) every 6 months and top up every 999 days.
It's been like this for years and not changed.
