Hi, I recently changed from a Monthly contract to PAYG and arranged to keep my old number.  However, I moved to Portugal but although the phone shows 4G it doesn't work and I can't seem to make or receive phone calls outside of a wifi zone?! Any advice would be most welcome. Thanks David

You're only allowed to use your phone for 63 days outside of the UK or you will be disconnected until you return to UK.

Hi @DWJ , hope you're enjoying Portugal. slight_smile Just wanted to check if the above information from @MI5 would explain why you're not able to connect? How long have you been abroad?
