PAYG Top up

Hi,

Just got a new PAYG sim and topped up with £10. I now find I have an extra £5 of credit !

Where has this come from please ?

Hi,

Thanks for your previous response, can you please help with the following.

I have recently opened a "classic PAYG" account which I use for my GSM security system. I have noticed that my balance is reducing more quickly than I would expect as the alarm only sends outgoing SMS texts when there is an alarm activity. How can I check the account activity from this SIM - my gsm alarm does not provide any call log. Any help would be appreciated, thanks.

Unfortunately, there is no online useage recorded for PAYG accounts.

The only way to get such info would be to call customer service Guide: How to find help & contact O2
