I recently swapped my number to another sim card with a different monthly bundle plan but my new bundle isnt activated yet. Do i need to wait until next month for the plan to renew?

@miscadorel11

Check your tariff in your MyO2 https://mymobile.o2.co.uk/

You can change it in there if you need too and it will update when you next renew your bundle.

Ah, if you did a sim swap it would have swapped your old tariff to the new sim too.

You should have asked to migrate your number.

Try asking O2 to change the tariff for you or order another sim and start over.
