I switched from contract to PAYG because o2 had an offer on where you can get 21GB of data for £10 instead of there usual 8GB of data for £10.
I bought the sim in store and they said when I top it up I’ll have the 21GB however, I only have 8GB and no idea why?
I went back into store and they were no help and I’m not getting anywhere in the phones or my o2 app.

Check the t&c's @Ambe
https://www.o2.co.uk/termsandconditions/rewards/more-data-same-price-big-bundles-rolling-plan
"6. Participants must ensure their credit balance is at least the Big Bundle tariff value on the monthly renewal date for 3 consecutive months to renew the Big Bundle and benefit from the Offer for 3 months. For example, Participants who have purchased the £15 Big Bundle should ensure their credit balance is at least £15 for 3 consecutive months on their Big Bundle renewal date in order to receive the Offer."

Just to add to the advice that @pgn has given to you, there is also a need to enroll :-
1OGB Extra Free! - O2 Community

The timings on this are not completely clear so I am not sure whether or not you'll benefit. But if you enroll, O2 will text you when you are entitled to bonus data. 👍

Have you actually read the terms and conditions from the link that you posted?
"For new customers, the Offer will be applied automatically when making a Qualifying Purchase. For customers migrating from a Big Bundle to a Rolling plan during the Offer Period, the Offer will be automatically applied when the migration takes place. Existing Big Bundle customers must text “MORE” to 2424 from their O2 Pay As You Go phone to activate the Offer. The Offer will continue for up to 3 months or when the Qualifying Purchase is superseded, switched to an ineligible tariff, changed, cancelled, withdrawn or expires, whatever happens first, after which Participants will no longer be part of the promotion and will not get the Offer once the current Big Bundle or Rolling plan, as applicable, has expired. "
The package sold in the store has a bright Yellow cover over the £10/8GB labelling to replace it with "£10/21GB More data, Same price, for up to 3 months" and says "see reverse for terms". The only term listed on the reverse, in bold, on my package, is "Activate between 24.10.24 and 05.02.25 to qualify"
If this is a mistake, that's okay, but there must be an easy way to rectify it. If this is not a mistake, then it is false advertising at best!

A lot of what O2 put out is often unclear And when it comes to 'mistakes' they are past masters.
