PAYG Bills and charges

I have been investigating a £1.50 charge on a new PAYG account.  I know that this is likely to have been an SMS.  I went to MyO2 in an attempt to find a bill or list of charges but the only thing there is a balance.  I have been going round in circles following O2's links to videos and statements as to where to view your bill.   I have come to the conclusion that charges to an account are not available to PAYG customers.  If this is the case, can anyone point me to where it says this?

Not sure where it says it but no form of bill or usage statement is available on PAYG with O2.

The only way to check is to call O2 on 4445.
